We appreciate all of your prayers and financial support. We are counting down the days to Christmas and soon after, the beginning of a new year. The year 2018 will not soon be forgotten and this past month was full of activity.
‘Twas the Night of the Advent
‘Twas the night of the Advent, when all in the house,
Not a man was secure, not even his spouse;
Stories of the Torah were told with great care,
In hopes that Yahweh would be merciful and fair;
The few days following Christmas is like coming down from a sugar high. This Christmas season started right after Walmart put away their scary masks and it began in earnest the day after Thanksgiving. The weeks leading up to Christmas is filled with scheduling family gatherings, shopping, wrapping, cooking, and decorating. There is a lot of energy that goes into the Christmas season.
