One of our big projects every year is providing school uniforms and books for our students in Haiti. God has blessed us with some great partners; we received and transferred the needed funds in July. Praise the name of Jesus! We thank each one of you who helped with this. School will be starting on August 12th in Haiti which is earlier than usual, so your timely and generous giving was a special blessing this year.
We appreciate each one of our supporters so much. Each donation is appreciated and I make it a point to pray for each one of our supporters every month. I have been asked about our fund raising activities and my stock reply is, “On our knees!” We pray for God to put it into people’s hearts to support us and He does. You are faithful as He is!!
All over the world people are suffering as never before in recent history. The coronavirus has put people in a difficult situation. Many who were barely making ends meet, are now in an even worse situation. I have traveled to different parts of the world and have seen with my own eyes the squalor living conditions of people. I caught myself saying to someone, “I don’t know how they make it!” I then corrected myself mid-sentence, “God even feeds the birds! If He feeds the birds, somehow he feeds the poor.” We can be the somehow who God uses.

God wants us to participate with Him in feeding the poor. “He who has a generous eye will be blessed, For he gives of his bread to the poor” (Proverbs 22:9 NKJV). We are and have been helping in different corners of the world to feed the poor. Pathway Outreach typically feeds about 500 people weekly all over the world particularly children, and widows.

During this time of restrictive international travel, we have put additional attention to our administrative work and media presence on the internet. Our blog has received more internet traffic and in the sevens months of this year we have reached into 37 different countries of the world. We also plan to launch a new Bible study/devotional time on Facebook Live in September called “Journey in the Word”. You can connect with us on my Facebook page.
July marked our 26th anniversary of Pathway Outreach Ministries. It is amazing how the years have zoomed by. I am excited about the road ahead even though it looks a little bumpy. My heart swells with gratitude toward Jesus and those who have joined us in this Journey with Jesus. Thank you for your encouragement, prayers, work, and financial support.
Rejoicing in the salvation which is by grace through faith, I am…
Yours on the Journey,
Harry L. Whitt
